Location: Haridwar

Budget: Up to 50 LPA (including Variables)
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head for the bio fertiliser division. This role will lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and market penetration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in agricultural products, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for organic farming.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share for bio fertilizers.
2. Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and messaging.
3. Lead and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders in the agricultural sector.
5. Oversee product launches, promotional campaigns, and trade shows to maximize visibility and engagement.
6. Collaborate with the R&D team to provide market insights for product development and enhancements.
7. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
8. Develop training programs and materials for sales teams and partners to effectively communicate product benefits and features.
9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agricultural Sciences, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
2. 12+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the agricultural or related industries, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
4. Strong understanding of bio fertilizers and organic farming practices.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making.
7. Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM tools.
8. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
