Key Responsibilities:
- Driving sales target, taking ownership of entire sales cycle from lead to closure
- Determine critical success factors for new client acquisition, negotiate and close business to ensure that Sales targets are achieved
- Understanding consulting business practice and nature of consulting and a market research firm, provide consistent quality customer service to both internal and external customers that meets or exceeds established standards
- Utilizes analytics tools and works with the analytics team in undertaking detailed analyses of sales performance for the purpose of creating strategy reports of successes, weaknesses, and opportunities to senior management.
- Through his various research and analyses, the leader is expected to identify areas of improvement in sales strategies and establishing actionable insights for the improving of sales and business profits.
- Manage client relationship and ensure regular follow ups
- Individual must work closely with the analytics department in processing relevant data and information, translating it into actionable strategies that drive sales and lead to achievement of targets
- Managing strategic key accounts and contributing to win these accounts and preparing periodic reports
- Highly comfortable in creating presentation/ willingness to learn creating slides on Powerpoint.
