- Understand Luminaries Business markets and decide market entry strategies for new regions and for new & existing product portfolios. Able to understand current and future market trend and its impact
- Administering sales schemes & pricing strategies
- Assign sales territories. Set and enforce sales goals with distributors, dealers
- Assist distributors with training as and when required
- Implement new sales strategies and techniques with the distributors
- Prepare and execute monthly/ quarterly/ annual reviews of distributors. Generate reports in timely and efficient manner
- Generate revenue through project-sales. Establish & maintain relationship with Architects, Contractors, Lighting Consultants
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with distributors, his team members as well as with builders, architects & corporate clients.
- Significant domestic travel required
