a. Graduation/PG with 2-4 years of overall sales and business development (For Executive & Sr. Executive) 5 - 10 Year for BDM / FF Sales Manager Profile experience.

b. Strong communication skills both written as well as oral preferred.

c. Past experience/ exposure of logistics (particularly global logistics firms) / CHA Firms / Domestics Logistics Partners preferred

d. Experience with D2C sector preferred.

e. Freight forwarding, business development, air export, air import, sea export, sea import, consolidation, air freight.

f. 1) Developing the Air, Ocean & Road freight sales ensuring increased GP per customer

g. 2) Assist in securing new business

h. 3) Background in Freight Forwarding/Shipping and Logistics.

i. 4) Experience in Air, Ocean & Road freight sales preferred

j. 5) Responsible for selling Freight Forwarding services for Imports and Exports

k. 6) Recording sales and order information to assist the business expansion

l. 7) Supporting the sales teams to secure new business by sharing market and rate information to drive growth across the different modes of transport

m. 8) Responsible for promoting company services in the Freight Forwarding industry

n. 9) Visiting clients where required

o. 10) Generate action plans to enhance performance

p. 11) Develop and maintain relationships with customers and clients

q. 12) Work alongside the operations team keeping informed of client plans and challenges being faced

r. Organizing marketing plans

Key Responsibilities and Accountability

1. Primary responsibility is to work on your weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue and client targets and achieve it.

2. Identifying and Researching on probable clients and building out a client list.

3. Reaching out and meeting the probable clients and understanding their requirements.

4. Working with operations team to create proposal for the client to make them onboard.

5. Work with the client and close the deal while following all the legal compliances and company guidelines.

6. Ensure the requirements of the clients are communicated to the operations team ( SOP )

7. Work with the client and operations team in case of any delivery issues to resolve it at the first stage itself.

8. Work with the client to increase their business with us.
