Our client is a nearly 80 year old firm that is counted in the top 10 European Kitchen manufacturers. They provide customised kitchens which fits the budget and also is an epitome of quality. Their wide range of materials and equipment not just meets the standard and warranty needs, but also is a clever combination of design, uniqueness and finish.
Built in the heart of Holland, their markets are spread across Europe and Asia. They make nearly 2500 kitchens per week to suit various requirements and distributed to multiple locations in the UK, Dubai and other countries. They cater to not only residential styles but also to industrial kitchens.
As the Sales Head, you will be responsible for designing and implementing business strategies, plans and procedures.
What you will do :
- Overseeing daily operations of the company for the appointed region
- Setting up and managing dealer networks nationally
- Focussing on Sales and maintenance of relationship with corporate clients
- Being the single point of contact for customers of the appointed region
- Evaluating performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Managing relationships with national and international partners/vendors
What you need to have :
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field with 3-10 years of experience
- MSc/MBA is a great plus
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
- Experience in the furniture/home appliances sector
- Strong leadership skills to manage teams nationally
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
Experience : 3 to 10 years
Annual CTC : Rupees 13,00,000 to 18,00,000
