Sales Head - IT Staffing/ Services

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share in the IT Staffing/ Services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and stakeholders.

- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to maximize their performance and exceed sales objectives.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and drive seamless execution of sales initiatives.


- Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

- Stay updated with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and develop new business opportunities.

Qualification And Experience:

1. Should have Proven track record of at least 15+ years in sales leadership roles, preferably in the IT Staffing / Services Industry or a similar sector.

2. Excellent leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

3. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.

4. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving growth.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
