Sales Head- IT Managed Services/Solutions

In our next phase of growth, we are seeking a proven leader with high energy to build a global sales IT services and solutions organization that will collaborate with the leadership of our professional services team and, together, drive large-scale global managed IT solutions for new and existing enterprise customers. This organization will require solutions sales, engagement management, operations management/support, key IT business partnerships, and strategic practice leaders focused on cloud, data, cyber and artificial intelligence.
Job Description:
- Serve as senior-level executive for clients on global managed services engagements, while acting as an advisor to C-level executives and senior leadership.
- Successfully partner with Judge Indias, learning, technology, and talent business units, pre-sales and marketing teams to support sales efforts for customer acquisition and development and successful delivery.
- Be the go-to authority on clients, product/service offering, implementation process, and solutions while also providing outward thought leadership on behalf of The Judge India Solutions.
- Establish and implement a holistic Global Services team vision, goals, and objectives.
- Collaborate and help develop the Project Management Office (PMO) function.
- Own revenue, cost, and margin metrics for sales and project based services working with Judge line of business leaders.
- Execute growth plans and leverage nearshore / offshore capabilities to grow margins.
Requirements:
- 18 years+ of experience leading EMEA and APAC sales for a software vendor or large consulting firm with a solid understanding of software development, information technology, and consulting practices.
- Experience leading strategy and execution of solutions for individual clients worth $5+million per year.
- Extensive experience working on enterprise-scale implementations of technology preferably in the financial services, life sciences, or telecom/tech industries.
- Executive-level leadership, critical thinking, relationship building, and negotiation skills are paramount for this role.
- Bachelor's degree in business and/or computer science (Masters preferred)
- Willingness and desire to travel significantly as require
