Reporting to : Chief Sales Officer

1. Responsible for driving partnership and business growth with partners in the region.

2. Innovation in business model, bringing new strategy and models.

3. Familiar with latest and high-tech areas like analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital platform.

4. Develop and execute the channel strategy, to ensure long term and sustainable channel partnership, contributing to performance & achievement of business growth through the channel partners.

5. Success will be measured, through revenues, collection, profitability and building future pipelines.

6.. Responsible for improving customer experience and satisfaction.

7. Deploying stock management strategy effectively in the region and to ensure reduce any pile up of stocks in warehouses.

8. Responsible for managing and evaluating credit risk for existing / potential channel partners in the region.

9. To be people leader in motivating and providing direction for the team to perform well. Should be leader to keep the team capable and deliver at high quality.

- Build effective performance metrics to measure achievements, both qualitative and quantitatively.

Education & Exp : Any PG, preferably BE or MBA from a leading or premium institution ; last 3 years in leadership roles
