The role will be as across the sales vertical where they will be first expected to -
- Generate leads and close deals and Contribute to GTM as per need.
- Their role will be to hunt for deals and close them with the founder. When the prospect is not ready to be closed they should be able to nurture a beneficial relationship with them and figure out what the right time will be.
- The goal will be to nurture prospects at larger organizations (primarily Series B/C/D funded) and identify their pain points so the "company value add" can be communicated to them.
- Their role will be to keep personas engaged and to move fast when the right time comes.
- They need to be smart problem-solvers as well as being a quality salesperson. They will primarily be contributing as a closer/an account manager and an SDR to ensure we get revenues from their deals.
- Should have a Series A funded company on the CV or above. If not this, then should have a high CG or be from a tier-1/ 2 institute.
- Should have done end to end sales either at a tech startup or sold to tech startups.
