Roles and Responsibilities :
- Own & Represent Sales of our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, as well as reporting current and projecting future performance
- Developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans in order to meet targets/goals.
- Hire, train, mentor, motivate and advise sales teams/representatives
- Generate leads, build and nurture client relationships
- Build, Curate, Prioritize, Manage Sales Prospecting/Pipeline and Client Accounts/Portfolio
- Contribute significantly to our sales pipeline generation efforts; Identify and prospect high-value target accounts for new business.
- Sustain and grow (upsell/cross-sell) existing client accounts, working with sales & delivery representatives; Build extensive, long-term & sustainable relationships with key accounts
- Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.

Prerequisites:
- International B2B Sales Experience in Software Services Industry; B2C is also nice to have
- Min. 5 years in Sales Management, Building (Hiring & Training) and Leading Teams (of 20 or more people), in multiple/different organizations
- Proven experience of managing a large scale team of sales executives and managers across multiple locations.
- Experience in Targeting and Converting prospects from North America, Europe and APAC
- Excellent New Business Development (Lead Generation - Outbound/Inbound) track record, skills and capability
- Direct Sales/Individual Sales/Hands-on Sales Experience, track record, skills & capability
- Hands-on Marketing/Marketing strategy/technology and trends experience, skills & capability
- Knowledge, Awareness of Agreements, Engagement Models, Operational Needs, Rules/Regulations and Compliances
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other functions of the organization including Marketing, Engineering/Delivery, HR/Recruitment, Operations etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead and influence others by example
- Excellent communication skills - reading, writing, listening and speaking.
- Extensive business travel experience, meeting key executives and decision-makers of new prospects & existing clients as part of growth sales campaigns
- Ambitious, Highly energetic, Ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment
