We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Director / Vice President of Sales with a demonstrated track record in selling IT solutions within the services industry to join our team. You will play a key role in developing new business opportunities within our current customer base while actively pursuing new clients.
Position: Business Head - IT Sales
Key Responsibilities:
IT Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends in cloud services.
Team Management:
- Oversee a team of 6-7 members, ensuring high performance and motivation.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement professional development plans.
Business Growth:
- Develop strategies to increase the current turnover
- Analyze market conditions and customer needs to enhance service offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Reporting and Collaboration:
- Providing regular updates on sales performance and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
- 15-20 years in IT solution sales to business and technology stakeholders. Understanding of startups are a plus.
- Must be stable in his career (3 yrs minimum in one company )
Education:
- B.Tech in IT or a related field.
