Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's roadmap.

- Building Relationships: Cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and decision-makers, to gain insights into their strategic priorities and build trust in the company's digital capabilities.

- Solution Selling: Articulating the value proposition of the company's digital solutions and demonstrating how they can address specific customer challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes.

- Navigating Complex Sales Cycles: Managing complex sales cycles inherent in digital transformation projects, which often involve multiple stakeholders and longer decision-making processes.

- Adaptation to Market Dynamics: Staying abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to adjust sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the digital space.

- Demand Generation and Revenue Optimization: The ideal candidate should be able to drive demand through targeted marketing and proactive outreach and leverage techniques to attract prospects, nurture them and optimize sales processes to maximize revenue.

Qualifications :

- 13-20 years of progressive experience in IT sales and, preferably in a service-based environment .

- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.

- Proven leadership skills to build and manage a high-performing sales team focused on achieving digital business objectives.
