Sales Head -Pan India
Responsibilities :
- Tackling a fast growing and rapidly changing business market
- Developing & leading overall India sales strategy
- Leading, developing, and inspiring a high performing team to match full growth potential
- Creating an open, supporting work environment for the India business team
Experience & Skills :
- Experience with hiring, leading & developing a high performing team; Provide coaching and mentorship as required
- Ability to adapt and grow in a fast-changing environment
- Ability to influence & manage key partners and customers
- Ability to deliver against targets - ensuring company goals, and objectives are achieved sustainably
- Put into place sales force structure, process strategies, and strategic resource plans that will bring together key opportunities in target markets
- Ability to Collaborate with engineering, channels/alliances, customer success, renewals professional services, product, legal, marketing, and engineering teams to create a smooth customer experience.
Requirements :
- 12+ years of overall experience; experience in building and running enterprise sales teams required
- Experience in selling SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions.
- Experience in selling into the automotive and transportation sector desirable.
- History of consistently meeting or exceeding targets and objectives personally and as a leader
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills; ability to build strong business partnerships both outside and within the organization.
- Skilled at business planning and diligent at measuring and communicating progress
- Highly professional demeanor; Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective at maintaining executive relationships
- MBA preferred
- Ability to travel
