Job Description : Looking for highly skilled insurance sales personnel who can drive the West Zone for OEM- Pvt Car in General Insurance

Client Details : One of India's emerging General Insurance clients based out of Mumbai

Description :

- Owning the P&L

- Participating in implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to operate and grow the vertical in the given zone

- Stakeholder Management and work closely with Business Leaders

- Stability is important and last performance ratings need to be above average

- Candidate will have reportees who have at least 10 years of work experience

Profile :

- 12-15 years experience in Agency, Broking, OEM, motor dealer, auto loans from BFSI holding expertise in Sales

- Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders

- Ability to organize, analyze, and communicate data to stakeholders

- Highly motivated with a sense of urgency

- Has handled a zone in any part of India previously

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Work type would be hybrid but travel for work in multiple cities of the zone where company operates is mandated - up to 8 cities
