- Market knowledge of Eastern Region Will be preferred.

- Excellent Techno-Commercial Experience and know how.
- Experience in Electrical Products, Energy Products and providing innovative solutions and strategy.
- Experience in Industrial and utility businesses.
- Experience in channel Sales and Direct Sales.
- Provide and support sales strategy offer and strategy execution.
- Provide strategic guidance to region
- Monitor pricing strategy
- Provide inputs to strategy for India
- Create the Strategy plan for sales and market share growth and profitability
- Provide inputs in national sales strategy & be directly involved in implementing key strategic initiatives.
- Experience in Utility, Transactional Businesses.
- Ability to handle 300 crores and above businesses.
- Energetic, hands on ability.
- Experience in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Products, MV Products is preferred but not necessary
