Job Description for the role of - Head Europe Sales, IM Services
Position:
The organization is looking for a Head of Europe Sales who will lead a team of sales professionals to deliver sales revenue of nearly $20 Million in 2015. The mandate for this position will be not only to meet/exceed the sales targets for the year, but also to aggressively grow the business in both width and depth year after year.
Responsibilities will include:
- Meeting & exceeding revenue & gross margin quotas of self and team
- Sharpening focus and direction of the sales team towards short term and long term goals
- Employing distinct strategies for hunting & farming
- Increasing average deal size as well as signing larger multi-year deals
- Hiring and retaining top notch IMS sales professionals
Desired profile for the role:
- Mature professional with significant experience in the IMS Industry
- Established credentials in leading a sales organization of equivalent scale
- Experience of selling hardware breakfix (maintenance/TPM services) engagements
- Experience of onshore/offshore delivery model
- C-level customer contacts
- Selling large complex IM deals
Reporting Structure:
The position will report to Head, EMEA Region of Global Infrastructure Management business based in Veenendaal, Netherlands.
New Mandate:
- Team target - USD 15-16M revenue. Region - all Europe (no Middle East or Africa).
- Team size - current 4 sales reps. Open sales rep positions - 2. Total team therefore 6.
- Budget: Upto Euro 100K Base, plus Euro 50K on-target Bonus
