Reporting into the CHRO your roles & responsibilities to be as follows:
- Managing the entire Distribution channel from an employee perspective
- Working with all stakeholders to ensure productivity increase across all channels
- Evaluating and executing all talent-related strategies for the sales teams across all zones
- Working on incentive strategy / variable plans/job evaluations/ grading and banding across all levels Pan India
The successful candidate:
You come with 15-18 years of experience in HR with a Sales HR experience in the Insurance space only. Strong understanding of Insurance as a sector is a must. You are strong in leadership skills and have the experience of working in a dynamic business environment
