Role Responsibilities:
The HRBP shall work and partner with the sales team to develop, implement and drive results increasing organizational effectiveness and efficiency for the sales workforce.
Key Activities
1. Partner with Business on all activities for the assigned population
- Partner with principal HoD(s) to understand & drive employee related agenda.
- Establish employee connect & handle employee-related tasks - Engagement, Retention, Exit
- Ably resolve employee queries - HRIS, Policies, Payroll, Attendance, EHS
- Handle all activities related to corporate Third-Party Staff (Hiring, Attendance, Monthly Payroll, Annual merit)
2. Partner with CoE on Core HR Processes
- Facilitate employee hiring in partnership with Line Manager & TA
- Drive & execute hygiene HR Processes - Payroll, On-boarding.
- Implement HR CoE-led processes & special projects like Performance Appraisal, Job Evaluation, Benchmarking, etc.
- This role would include increasing workforce capability, improving organizational design and structure, staffing, talent management /succession planning, supporting day-to-day operations, and ongoing process improvement.
- Partner with businesses on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment
- Designing and developing an assessment matrix to enhance sales capabilities and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities
- Address and resolve employee issues.
- Participates in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow-ups to provide training objectives are met.
- Review the sales policies, processes, rewards and recognition schemes to benchmark and implement the best practices.
- Drive and lead the agenda on employee engagement.
- Responsible for the end-to-end life cycle management for the Sales and commercial BU in India.
Candidate Profile:
- Full time MBA HR from a premier institute with 12 + years post qualification experience in an organization of repute.
- Must have handled HR operations for large sales set up.
- Experience in strong process-oriented organizations, having partnered closely with Sales, managing their talent processes.
- Should have good understanding of business processes
