Head - Sales HR Business Partner & Factory HR Business Partner - FMCG/Automobile/Agriculture - XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD

- Leading end-to-end Human Resources for a Global organization from talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, HR operations, strategy and ensuring implementation of processes and policies

- Work closely with the senior stakeholders to drive organization culture and foster growth

Ideal candidate :

- At least 6 years of experience as a Sales HR Generalist roles including Talent acquisition, HRBP, Talent Management and HR Strategy

- MBA from a Tier 1 institute is a must

- Prior experience with as a Factory HR is a must have

- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills

- Strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to influence
