Position Name : Head - HR (Sales HRBP)

Purpose of the role:
To spearhead human resources strategies tailored to optimize the performance, engagement, and development of the large sales force within the Company. The role focuses on aligning HR initiatives with sales objectives to drive productivity, retention, and a high-performance sales culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the sales function's goals and overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to forecast talent needs, succession planning, and workforce optimization strategies.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Partner with recruitment teams to attract and onboard top sales talent, ensuring a seamless integration into the sales organization.
- Develop and refine recruitment processes to identify and attract high-potential sales professionals.
Performance Management and Coaching:
- Implement performance management systems tailored to the sales function, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms. Provide coaching and support to sales managers on performance improvement strategies and talent development.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance sales team engagement, motivation, and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions, surveys, and focus groups to gauge employee sentiment and address areas of improvement.
Training and Development:
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and develop comprehensive development programs for the sales force.
- Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed to align with evolving business objectives and market dynamics.
HR Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures specific to the sales function, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to sales managers on employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and compliance matters.
Sales Force Effectiveness and Analytics:
- Utilize HR analytics to assess sales force effectiveness, performance trends, and productivity drivers. Generate insights and recommendations to optimize sales team structure, territories, and incentive schemes.
Change Management and Organizational Development:
- Lead change management initiatives within the sales function, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and minimal disruption to sales operations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales organization.
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:
- Build strong partnerships with sales leadership, cross-functional HR teams, and other key stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
- Act as a trusted advisor to sales leaders, providing HR expertise and guidance on matters.
