Role : Sales HR Head ( Corporate Office) - BFSI Industry
Location : Mumbai
Key Deliverable :
- Manage Sales (for Pan India)& Business HR Vertical.
- Designing and implementing Structured Appraisal Process.
- Talent Acquisition for Sales Pan India, Employee Engagements for Sales Workforce, Performance Management, Compensation etc.
- Manpower Planning to optimize the manpower nos to meet the Vision of the Organization
- Streamlining processes & systems & manage the Zonal HR Managers.
- Planning, coordinating and conducting training for all sales team pan India in a phased manner
- Designing induction program to ensure new joiners get on boarded in a structured fashion
- Ensuring target setting, mid years and end term appraisals are done.
Education Requirements:
- PGDPM / MBA (HR) from a premier B school with Min 15+yrs experience in a Sales Based Organisation.
- Prior Experience of being part of Corporate HR for BFSI Industry an addition Advantage
- HR Generalist with exposure into Sales HR Role.
