This position will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic sales plans, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our discerning clientele. - Sales Strategy and Planning - Client Relationship Management - Business Development and Event Collaboration - Budget Management - Team Management Reporting to : Business Head Requirements: - Graduate or a Postgraduate in Hotel Management or Sales & Marketing - 10-12 years' experience in a 5 or 4-star hotel chain from hospitality background or from luxury retail with proven track record in Increasing sales through various sales channels. - High degree of commercial awareness and be able to understand links between sales and profit. - Knowledge of high-end event planning and execution, ensuring attention to detail and a focus on delivering memorable experiences. - Very good understanding of budgeting and financial management, with the ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining cost-effectiveness. - In-depth knowledge of the luxury banquet / event / catering industry. - Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, particularly in the Corporate & luxury events segment. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to secure high-value contracts. - Strong analytical and strategic planning skills to identify market opportunities and formulate effective sales strategies. - Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain high-level client relationships. - Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Dedication to providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the entire sales and event process. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing market conditions and overcoming challenges.
