The Sales Head will lead the sales team and drive the overall sales strategy for the resort. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and managing key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners.
- Develop annual sales plans and monitor progress.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments for seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8-10 years of sales experience in a leadership role, preferably with 5-star hospitality brands.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
