- Expand market share with addition of new customers & generation of business from existing clients

- Responsible for go-to-market approach for Modern trade

- Ensure aggressive growth in sales - Business planning, Financial planning and Operations.

- Responsible for branding and trade spends deployment across channels, to drive effectiveness and efficiency of trade spends

- To design sales strategies for core markets and emerging markets

- Map performance management by setting KRA- s, guiding and providing the team direction to achieve it

- P&L responsibility for the brand
