Head - Sales - Home Loan/Mortgage

Position: Head Sales.

Job Role:

- Mortgages, Home loans, Affordable housing, lending to urban poor, Micro-housing loans, and Rural housing finance..

- Facilitates sales & distribution operations through the development of sales models to streamline processes and propose relevant changes in policies and products in line with the brand and market positioning of the company.

- Plans and executes strategies and moves to ensure business developments; performs budgeting and forecasting whilst assessing productivity of all team members and other key personnel.

- Handles recruitment operations according to company needs and business strategies; ensures that all new hires are trained according to company operational tenets.

- Manages the opening and setup of new branches across the area whilst handling promotion and marketing operations and strategies to bring in more clients and usher new developments.

- Participates in administrative tasks and other decision making being a member of Management.
