We are looking for a dynamic go getter who is willing to get fully involved in the business and make necessary changes to make us a world class homefurnishing brand.
- Candidates from the home furnishing or luggage industry preferred.
The candidate must have hands on experience of Modern Trade and Channel Sales of atleast 3 regions in India.
Working knowledge of Kannada is an added advantage
Responsiblilities:
- Development and Implementation of Sales Growth Plan
- Appoint distributors, direct dealers, EBO and COCO as per business plans and company needs.
- Meeting the Sales and Distribution targets in line with annual business plan of the company.
- Responsible for mattress market share goals for the West Zone.
- Conversion of leads to sales.
- Monitoring sales team to drive sales as per plan.
- Day to day coaching and providing leadership to the team. Monitoring team performance daily and giving feedback one the same.
- Setting sales objective targets (volume/value, product and territory wise, new product focused sales)
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education in foam and mattresses.
- Monitoring team reports and submitting feedback and analysis to the management periodically.
- Analyze sales statistics gathered by the team to determine sales potential and create forecast.
- Credit control, receivables management as per the commercial policies.
- Generating Reports and Training
- Stay up to date on company best practices, policies, products, pricing, and promotions and train team periodically.
- Surface reports regarding team, store sales, institutional sales, distributor and dealer sales, and growth percentage in the organization.
Education : MBA with minimum 10 + years relavant experience, Minimum 3 years in Senior management
