Sales Head - Home Decor and Furniture (B2B)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, a leading home decor and furniture retailer specializing in high-end products. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with architects and interior designers to drive sales of our premium home decor and furniture offerings.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects and interior designers.
- Understand client needs and preferences to tailor product recommendations effectively.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in home decor and furniture.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the features, benefits, and unique selling propositions of our high-end products.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
Client Presentations:
- Conduct engaging presentations showcasing our product range and capabilities.
- Address client queries and concerns, providing detailed and accurate information.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Utilize market insights to refine sales approaches and strategies.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to close deals successfully.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing to meet client expectations.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Reporting:
- Prepare regular sales reports detailing achievements, challenges, and future strategies.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the home decor and furniture industry.
- Strong network and existing relationships with architects and interior designers.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of high-end home decor and furniture products.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and strategic approach to sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful B2B sales experience.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events.
