Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of high-rating gensets (500 kVA and above) and related solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow market share and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals to ensure consistent performance and growth.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the power generation sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards in all project executions.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Deep understanding of the genset industry, particularly high-rating gensets.
- Strong expertise in project sales and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on achieving business goals.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is mandatory.
- An MBA would be an added advantage.
