- Our client is the market leader in manufacturing machinery for Paper industry and is looking for a competent Sales & Marketing Head to be in charge of the organisation's Sales and Marketing ventures .This primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the company's market presence and help it find a - voice- that will make a difference.

- The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for the job, able to employ unique marketing techniques and sales strategies. The duties and responsibilities include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends. The goal is to increase the company's market share and maximize revenues in order to thrive against competitors.

Requirements :

- Proven Sales experience meeting and exceeding targets.

- 10-15 years of experience in selling Heavy Engineering machineries in domestic and international markets.

- Having knowledge in machines pertaining to paper Industry is an added advantage

- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services

- Proven ability to position products against competitors

- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.

- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Should be well connected and have good network in the Engineering and Manufacturing Industry

Qualification - An Engineering Degree from a reputed university and an MBA degree is an added advantage
