Head - Sales - Healthcare Software Development Firm

Our Client is leading healthcare software development company with presence in Middle East and Europe is looking for following candidates on an urgent basis for their Middle East operations.

- The company provides Complete ERP solutions for Hospitals, Polyclinics, Pharmacies, Laboratories and health insurance organizations of any size. Parent company headquartered in India.

Position : Country Sales Manager (Qatar, UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi)

Education / Experience/ Knowledge and Skill requirements :

- Four-year college degree from an accredited institution. MBA preferred.

- Minimum 6 years of sales management experience in a business sales operations, business planning, sales support management role.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in heading a country sales role.

- Experience in handling multinational clients.

- Candidate with sales experience in healthcare industry is preferred

Areas of Responsibilities :

- The overall productivity and effectiveness of the target based sales organization for the country.

- These include planning, national sales programs by developing field sales action plans, reporting, sales training, sales program implementation, marketing collaterals, lead development, lead based pitching, presentations to clients, effective in conversion strategies, administration, and recruiting and selection of sales force talent.
