Role : Head Sales (Pan India)

Bachelors in Marketing or Medical Degree with Excellent Communication skills and preferably from a premier Institute having :

- 10-15 years experience in sales, distributor management, sales management, and/or marketing roles in India.

- Experience in regional healthcare environment desired demonstrated track record building relationships with distributors and partners.

- Self-starter and independent thinker that is team focused.

- Willing to roll up sleeves and show the way

- Ability to provide Solutions and manage with little support

- Ability to read and understand Profit &Loss sheet

- Ability to develop a sales team and translate market strategy into an executable sales plan

- Proven leadership skills; strong leadership style that creates a team environment to achieve results

- Strong business acumen

- High motivation and energy level

- High integrity and honesty

- Creative and innovative, but detailed orientated

The Role is expected to meet or exceed revenue goals by executing sales initiatives in alignment with regional marketing strategy and will be responsible for managing gross profit and operating margins in the region.

Responsibilities

- Formulate and execute competitive sales and marketing strategies directives

- Manage a sales team in India.

- Directly responsible for managing region top line revenue and bottom line operating expenses.

- Collaborate with Product managers and distributors, assisting in developing relationships with customers maintaining a professional standard that is consistent with company corporate policy and procedures.

- Set relevant targets/quotas with distributors and continually monitors performance throughout the year.

- Create awareness among industry leaders, key clinical/hospital staff, and purchasing and materials management directors in collaboration with distributors.

- Increases the number of testimonial institutions in key locations and provide timely follow-up and assistance in evaluations.

- Assist with sales and industry exhibition support and demonstrations

- Work with finance to set annual commission/remuneration plans
