We are looking for a high-performing sales professional to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. The role will involve growing existing business as well as creating a pipeline of potential customers for its innovative product - Phase Change Materials in the field of healthcare, pharmaceutical logistics and cold chain logistics.

Responsibilities :

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

- Ensure orders are booked in advance as per the set monthly & quarterly sales pipeline.

- Support Production and dispatch team to effectively manage inventory and prioritize orders by offering quarterly forecast of orders.

- Troubleshoot/solve any problems faced in fulfillment of orders. Bring to the notice of management on new opportunities of collaboration or partnerships to expand the sales network PAN India.

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.

- Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Requirements :

- Bachelors/Masters in science/Engineering degree. Master's in business administration would be an advantage.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales function in a B2B environment as a sales engineer or sales manager.

- Past Experience in managing a team.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Strong business sense and industry expertise.

- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Travel involved : 25% of the time
