Job Summary:

One of India's leading and growing Health Care company is currently seeking to hire an experienced Sales and Marketing Professional for the role of Sales Head.

Position Overview:

The Sales Head is a critical leadership role responsible for driving the company's growth by developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies. This position requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in achieving top-line targets, managing financial performance, and enhancing brand visibility. The selected individual will oversee a diverse team, ensure financial health, and implement strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals.

About the Organisation:-

Our client is India's leading Health care company, engaged in the business of providing Advanced Technology hearing aids and related products. The company was established in 2012 and currently operating across 50+ Clinics in over 20 Cities.

Location: Magadi Road, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Financial Performance:

- Drive the achievement of organizational top-line targets by implementing growth strategies aligned with financial projections.

- Ensure positive clinic performance by closely monitoring and managing Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.

- Achieve yearly EBITDA targets as committed, ensuring financial health and sustainability.

Team Empowerment & Development:

- Empower the sales force, including sales, medical, audiology, and customer service teams, to achieve corporate objectives.

- Mentor, train, and guide hearing care advisors to consistently meet and exceed monthly and yearly targets.

- Identify and nurture future leaders within the organization.

Marketing Leadership:

- Lead marketing efforts to attain set goals and enhance brand visibility.

- Develop and execute cohesive marketing plans to elevate brand awareness and maintain and enhance Average Selling Price (ASP), Average Basket Value (ABV), and conversion rates.

- Allocate marketing department funds strategically to optimize return on investment and oversee marketing events.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

- Develop and execute market research programs, including segment analysis and competitor assessments, to inform strategic decisions.

- Analyze hiring needs and market trends to identify and seize growth opportunities.

Business Development:

- Lead business development efforts, encompassing organic and inorganic growth strategies.

- Maximize ENT-referred business in line with targets and propose opportunities for expansion, including greenfield and brownfield ventures.

Customer Satisfaction & Referral Programs:

- Prioritize customer satisfaction and implement referral programs to drive lead generation.

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales and marketing activities.

- Improve the customer journey.

- Improvisation in Hearing Consultant Team

Reporting & Strategic Oversight:

- Provide the CEO with comprehensive marketing metrics for informed decision-making.

- Ensure effective execution of marketing and tele-marketing strategies to drive company-wide goals.

Requirements and skills:

Education:


- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience:


- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Skills:

- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets.

- Strong expertise in marketing strategy, brand management, and market research.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze financial data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.

- Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and sales analytics.
