Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced - Head of Sales- with a strong background in - government sales- to join our team at our Udaipur office.

This role involves overseeing PAN India operations, focusing on expanding our government sector clientele for control room solutions, command center consoles, and other ergonomic design services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive government sales and expand business opportunities with public sector organizations.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to secure major government contracts.

- Build relationships with government agencies, contractors, and consultants in the control room and command center sector.

- Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in government sales, particularly in the infrastructure, defense, or technology sectors.

- Proven track record of closing large government contracts and managing long sales cycles.

- Strong knowledge of the government procurement process, including tender submissions and compliance.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Prior experience in the control room or command center industry is a plus.
