Profile:

To assist the Vice President - Sales in driving excellence in the AWD channel to ensure desired depth and width of coverage and quality selling to retailers.

Coordinate with the regions to ensure desired sales and coverage of market place.

To implement excellence in selling systems thru distributor channel.

To map distributors territory and consistently review effectiveness and coverage.

Implementation of schemes and implementation of primary/secondary and consumer schemes.

To plan and implement permanent journey cycles to ensure predetermined and timely coverage of MBO's thru distributors

To ensure manpower planning for each distributor to ensure proper coverage of distributors

To assist the Vice President - Sales in operations like MIS, Specific analysis of MIS and briefing to senior management.

Required Candidature:

- Should have extensive experience in mass distribution & distributor management.

- Sound knowledge of sales & distribution processes.

- Even if the candidate has handled only a region is fine but he must have built Distribution & Sales infrastructure successfully.
