We have the following opening :

- Organisation: One of the Largest Freight Forwarder ( European MNC)

- Role: Asia Pacific Head - Sales

- Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate

- Location: Gurgaon

- Job Details :

- Candidate would be responsible for Sales management of Asia Pacific which includes India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh.

- He is supposed to handle a team of 200 people.

- Ensure that the Global Sales Process is driven and followed up by Field Sales Managers

- Making sure the sales department follows and operates within the guidelines of the Sales Goals

- Maintain an ongoing communication with the organization to regulate customer price levels

- Training and management of sales team towards maximum performance and job satisfaction

- Business Development for achieving growth in the targeted Trade lane.

- Support Product team with Market information on competition, rates and market intelligence for arriving at the correct strategy for the trade lane.

2. Should have knowledge of All products - Air / Ocean / Import / Export
3. Exposure of sales role
4. Your current CTC should be more than 35 LPA
