Position Summary:
Responsible for dynamically leading and managing the Sales Function to deliver the committed Sales growth targets by developing comprehensive Sales strategies that leverage existing and new channels & distribution networks as well as increase penetration.
Key Responsibilities
- Devise Short Term & Long Term Business Plans with supporting Sales strategies to achieve sustained Company Growth and meeting Targets in line with the Vision & Mission statements;
- Develop partnerships in the Trade Channels that would leverage the Company's leading Brand image to deliver profitable Sales growth;
- Increase the Company's Customer base of Retailers & Distributors;
- Increase the Company's geographical reach and penetration by improving market coverage;
- Maintain the Company's competitive edge by identifying and developing new opportunities in the Trade Channels and Distribution networks;
- Lead innovation in Trade Channels to continuously improve company offerings & enhance customer experience;
- Ensure scope for customer feedback to understand and satisfy Customer expectations;
- Contribute to company profitability through effective strategic & tactical management decisions based upon strong Market & Customer Insights, and Market Research;
- In conjunction with the Channel Marketing Team, define Merchandising standards for each Channel and Key Account, ensuring Return on Investment;
- Optimise Pricing, Incentives & Discount Policies for Profitable Sales Growth
