Job Description :

- The Sales Head will lead the growth and development of the retail and automotive industry leader, creating strategies to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction in an international location.

Our client is a leading player in the marketplace business with a strong presence across India and a few international markets and headquarter in Gurgaon.

Description :

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve the set sales targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth.

- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.

- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and set performance goals accordingly.

- Understand the competitive landscape and market trends in the retail and automotive retail industry.

- Identify areas of improvement and devise plans for better customer engagement and satisfaction.

- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment with the company's goals.

- Ensure compliance with company's policies and operational guidelines.

Profile :

- Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in sales, preferably in the Telecom/FMCG industry.

- Open to international relocation in the next 3-6 months.

- Candidate should come with experience - selling to Pan India geo / working in a high impact role in fast-paced competitive setup.
