Role and responsibilities:
1. Should define the sales target for the organization in consultation with top management team, across GT, MT, Retail and Wholesale verticals and spearhead the team to achieve the same
2. Shall be responsible for entire Sales Target. Must be able to guide & help the team for entire sales cycle.
3. Responsible for sales across all channels, i.e wholesale, retail, general trade and modern trade
4. Should have minimum 3 Indian geographical work Area experience, and "Must having south indian work experience"
5. Should have experience in Sales of FMCG Products (Personal Care,Home Care) or Pharmaceuticals(OTC Division)
6. Should be currently responsible for national (preferable) or at least any two regions contributing significantly to the overall target.
