Job Responsibilities:
- The position requires a quick thinking, dynamic, energetic individual who excels in Sales and loves to manage uncertainties. An ideal candidate should love start ups and should be passionate to join a team which is building exciting agricultural machinery having Indian and International appeal.
- Will directly report to CEO.
- The person would be heading the sales department and would have the overall responsibility in driving the teams and achieving the sales targets through them
- The candidate would need to take initiatives and be foresighted in identifying new business opportunities
- The person would need to guide and work closely with marketing department. Should have a good grip of the marketing function.
- The candidate should be able to handle stress and should have a strong drive for achievement
- The candidate should be effective and excellent at people and process management and should be able to develop the entire organization as a strong team that would enable the achievement of organizational goals and objectives.
- He should be abreast with key business trends / market opportunities across geographies to ensure expands to all major geographies in next one year.
- An Ideal candidate should be an MBA from a Top Tier Business School in the country.
