- Develop and implement go-to-market strategy with regards to targets to achieve goals
- Allocate budgets and plan for expanding market and improving market share
- Achieve stability in the consumer products space through volumes and profit margins
- Recruit and Develop the right talent in the team to keep the talent pool abreast with the industry
- Train and develop team members- capability to ensure high performance
- Set sales incentives in close cooperation with the HR department to motivate people towards exceeding their goals
Qualification:
