Sales Head
- Overall responsibility for the development, execution and co-ordination of all long, medium and short-term sales strategies .
- Give Strategic direction to the Sales team to optimize the overall productivity and performance.
- Responsible for the profitability of the region
- Lead the change in terms of meeting the short term and long-term Distribution needs of the company with a focus on Urban, Rural and Premium products.
- To drive the Organization strategy consistently across the territories that enable delivery of efficient distribution systems.
- An ideal Candidate should be having 14 plus years of experience with minimum 4 years in heading a team.
Understanding of P&L ,Finance and Marketing is essential .
- Experience in Sales in the FMCG Industry is required
- MBA from a Premier B School
- Excellent communication
- Stakeholder management
