A very established Indian business house is launching their new product line in the Indian market.

The candidate:

- Premier institute MBA with 15-20 years experience at a National/Regional level in FMCG/FMCD/Apparels or similar industries.

- Expertise in Distribution/Retail management.

- Exposure to launching and scaling up products and brands.

- Must have P&L exposure.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce business.

- Ideal candidate will be drawing in the 100-120LPA bracket currently.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the launch of brand in the Indian Market.

- Sales team hiring and management

- Market launch and expansion

- Distribution and Retail management and growth

- Developing a large retail footprint across India immediately

- Strong in CxO/Promoter stakeholder management

- Ability to strategize and take the management into confidence

- Excellent analytical skills

- Managing the P&L for the brand across India.
