Head of Sales
Overview:
- Accountable for setting the growth & strategy and leading all Sales at business such as Modern Trade, Ecommerce, General Trade, Corporates, Institutions, and others
- Accountable for growing bottom line and top line of the business
- Product/SKU wise roadmap and planning
- Identifying gaps and opportunities to grow in the market
- Channel wise planning according to SKU - E.g., where to sell, what to sell
- Opening up new markets and channels
- Managing the nitty gritty of the business end to end from pricing, marketing, and replication, and overlooking the teams that are doing that.
- Identifying opportunities for marketing and working with the team to get it executed
- Identifying any gaps in operations that could hamper sales and working with the team and putting it in an auto pilot system so the problem does not come again
- Working out a marketing budget and ensuring the execution of the same across channels
- Accountable for the performance of the team
- Identifying gaps for the team, and recruiting to fulfill for those roles
Required:
- 8-10 years of experience in FMCG/ F&B Industry
