Job Description :
- Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
- Reviewing sales performance V/s assigned targets.
- Develop and executive strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company's customer bases.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Prepare and executive planning calendar for each season, promotions.
- To map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
- Delegate the responsibilities to the Sales Team towards achieving their assigned targets.
- Be a part of the events by providing support to the Sales Team handling the Events / Fairs.
- Sales head will be responsible for Brand Promotion and also introduction of new product launch.
Salary Range: 10 - 15 LPA
