We are hiring for the position of Sales Head with one of the leading FMCG organization

Location: Delhi

Note: Looking candidates who has experience in General Trade, Modern Trade, Government Sales

ABOUT THE ROLE: We are a young company growing at a speed of a bullet train, and we are now looking for someone who can help us accelerate further. Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Working with the marketing department to design print and online promotional materials for the company's products and services.

2. Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.

3. Recruiting and hiring sales staff and developing training programs.

4. Managing sales teams, sales operations, and curbing attrition rate.

5. Outlining and managing sales budgets for all channels.

6. Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals.

7. Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.

8. Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction.

9. Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.

10. Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.

Qualifications Required:

- Degree in a business-related field.

- Master's degree in a business-related field may be advantageous.

- Minimum of 10 years' experience in a sales leadership position.

- Minimum of 7 years' experience working in General & Modern Trade.

- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a senior (C-level) leadership role may be advantageous.

- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.

- Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market.

- Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

- Experience in Secondary and Primary sales objective in a reputed FMCG organization.
