- Responsible for sales and marketing of one of the leading apparel brands
- Handle the business for West region (INR 600 crores)
- Drive sales through existing and new channel partners
- Lead the sales strategy and plan for the region
- Work closely with distributor management teams and ensure top of mind approach towards sales and marketing efforts
- Drive the teams and distributors for setting up sales objectives and streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations
- Monitor market trends, identify competitive activity and develop action plans
- Top-line and bottom-line business growth
- Channel management, key account and brand store network expansion
- Manage the region as a profit centre and meet revenue and growth objectives successfully
- Set up the sales team and be an effective leader to ensure optimal performance
