Job Description:
- Create, implement, review effective sales strategies and lead Island wide sales personnel toward achievement of company's business volume expectations, consistent & incremental revenue growth objectives & retail expansion goals .
- Dealer & Distributor Expansion
- Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient business network.
- Provide sales management, distribution management, man management and incentive planning for trade & sales team .
- Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development and retention of sales personnel
. - Understand customer life cycle and create, monitor, manage various modes of recharge solutions for existing customer base.
- Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results to include performance appraisals and salary reviews.
- Pro actively track, identify & report changes in trade & competitor environments & modify strategies and tactics accordingly in consultation with management.
