Head - Sales - FintTech

One of our clients which is a fintech startup is looking to hire Business Head - Fintech Sales.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Client acquisition for fintech in conjunction with the business teams

- Developing solutions and customer propositions based on target segments

- In-country capital allocation to optimize returns.

- Products P&L management

- Legal entity/regulatory interface.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree and ideally 5+ years of work experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or top tier consulting company

- You are able to build relationships & drive collaboration

- You have a problem-solving mindset

- You have experience handling complex and navigating ambiguity

- You can independently drive outcomes with external partners when required

- You have a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop

- You hustle, take owernership, and get things done
