- 10+ years of experience in Pharma, Banking or FMCG Sector

- Experience in sales through diversified channels

- Experience in managing teams across Direct & Corporate Sales

- Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

- Managing entire Sales Team for Organization

- Work aggressively on business development, promotion and building brand of the Company

- Analyzing market trends and competitor's move

- Assist the organization to develop relationships with Hospitals, loan providers and their practices to successfully implement Company's strategy and meet the requirements of the company as prescribed from time to time

- Manage and build teams needed to scale

- Interacting with Top Tier Healthcare providers for providing customized solutions

- Interacting with Pharma Companies for strategic tie-ups and designing/developing products as per their requirement

- Building new areas for business growth
